Sons to check on LintonScott Linton is the only injury doubt for Dumbarton as they prepare to host Alloa.Sons boss Ian Murray may yet have a full squad to choose from if the defender passes a fitness test on a hamstring problem.Ahead of the game, Murray said: "With Queen of the South not playing we have the chance to eat into the six-point lead they have on us in the play-of chase."We were disappointing against Morton in midweek and winning this game ensures that things do not peter out."We have a decent record against Alloa but any team that can beat Falkirk 3-0 demands respect."Alloa manager Barry Smith will wait until a fitness test has been carried out on Stephen Simmons before picking his team.Jonathan Tiffoney is available after he shook off an injury but the trip will come too soon for Derek Riordan (ankle) while James Creaney remains out after a bout of illness."Winning would go a long way to getting us over the finishing line in terms of staying up," said Smith
"We will go to Dumbarton and be positive in our search for the three points."They have had a terrific season and still have a lot to play for - s does Alloa."
